Purpose Lawn Care
I founded Purpose Lawn Care for the sole purpose of helping my neighbors in South Hill Puyallup. In return, I developed my leadership and management skills. Running the business allowed me to wear many hats, from salesperson and designer to project manager and team leader. I coordinated logistics, planned and executed projects, and managed vendor relations, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining financial health. My hands-on experience in leading a team, solving problems on the fly, and managing multiple aspects of the business has prepared me to excel as a product manager, where I aim to leverage these skills to drive product success and deliver value to customers.

Deliverable Verification Test
During my time as a Software Intern at Motivo, I developed a Python-based validation solution for a Laser-Based CV Deliverable Validation System, which was implemented across 175+ fulfillment centers. While I was primarily responsible for the software aspects of the project, my background in mechanical engineering allowed me to play a unique role in bridging the gap between software and hardware. I was in constant communication with the mechanical lead, discussing the mechanical aspects of the project to ensure that our validation setup was both accurate and compatible with the physical components. This cross-disciplinary collaboration was key to refining calibration methods and achieving a highly precise and scalable validation program.
Static Test Framework
At Outreach, as a Data Engineer Intern, I designed and implemented a Python-based solution for the APSpark metrics pipeline, managing over 200,000 data points from various sources to ensure robust data validation and analysis. I developed and modularized validation logic within Databricks jobs, orchestrating these tasks using Apache Airflow to optimize workflow efficiency. Additionally, I leveraged AWS S3 and Glue to manage static test data, and integrated my work into a comprehensive CircleCI script for automated testing. My role required close collaboration with four different teams, playing a crucial part in embedding a validation framework within the data pipeline architecture, which enhanced both technical efficiency and teamwork within the 12-member Analytics Platform team.
